Horrible business. Sold me a japanese nintendo without disclosing that it was the japanese version. which has been causing me issues trying to get help through nintendo. It is only 6 months old and seller refuses to do anything about it even though they did not disclose important information thats resulted in me not being able to get manufacturer help. Very angry, out money, and will never buy from them again.
Originally bought mascara for $15.99. A month later an UNAUTHORIZED charge of $31.63 was charged to my CC. After contacting them, which took some sleuthing, they agreed to refund me that charge and cancel a subscription I never signed up for. When they did not refund me, I turned it over to the fraud dept of my CC. They claimed that customer must sign up for subscription to obtain purchase and did not validate their agreement to refund me with my CC. WHAT THE HELL! I never SIGN UP TO SUBSCRIPTION COMPANIES AND DID NOT KNOWINGLY DO IT THIS TIME. I feel like such a fool for purchasing after seeing all these reviews of their unethical business practices we have all fell prey to. Shame on them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!
I returned items to Walmart and this store never issued a credit to my credit card. Scam business. Do not order from them if you plan on returning anything. You won't get a credit.
Received my order, and several pieces are chipped or scuffed up like they have been used. I thought I was purchasing directly from Walmart, but this is not what I expected.
No customer service, phone number that a person will call u back from. I have sent emails and left several messages about a problem with my order and nobody will respond. Will never order again. Something is not right about this company. BEWARE
I ordered a Starlink and never received it but they did take my money from my bank. I want my money back or the StarLink. this is the worst site ever. I shop at Walmart and if they back this company I'm disappointed.

Additionally, I will highlight that your website does not carry most of the necessary maintenance products, which reinforces the impression that your products are designed to break and fail.
They supposedly have a lifetime warranty but my Kestrel Gun stopped working on 11/16 and I reached out to their customer service. They asked for a video which I promptly provided. I followed up a few days later nothing.. I have called them, sent about 10 emails via my personal email account and on their website with no response. Going on a month now.. they are frauds, beware!!!
