company is a scam. I received a box with a used half empty water bottle from their address. I have zero orders that came from them. Came to a completely made up name at my address. So they are spoofing reviews. Pretty gross that this is what we have come too.

I ordered an engine and trans mount kit on April 8 /25 paid with credit card so immediate payment taken and not told told that parst were not on shelf ..we waited patiently and 1,month passed then just about another month so we messaged back asking what was going on and they then said oh we dont have on shelf it will be 4 to 6 weeks !! So we are yet again waiting messaging saying we pa8d April 8 /25 someone should have sa8d no parts on shelf so we had a choice , however 2 days ago we messaged and were told 1 their people were off after just under 3 months LOL so we decided this is a clown operation , and asked for our money back as they are terribile at customer service and only good at taking your money .I would not be recommding these people and if you decide to trust them get an email or some guaranteeas to when delivery would be , lookingat their front page on their website say start your build LOL ya maybe next year if ordering through them very disappointed , zero confidence .

I ordered Atomic Horseradish extra hot #1598761343. 2 6 oz bottles. Was notified that it was delivered. showed a picture of a porch that was covered with paper and trash. I have no trash on my porch. My address is 1515 N. Washington St. This is not hard to enter into GPS. Where did it go? Why did the recipient not deliver it to me? My name and address was on it.

I've had one experience with mywholesomepet.com and it will be my last one. After placing a time-critical order on May 28, communication with them was non-existent. When the order wasn't shipped in a timely manner, I followed up twice with phone calls and twice with emails without any response whatever. I finally contacted the manufacturer of the item I had ordered and the manufacturer, upon checking into the transaction, shipped it to me directly & I received it from them the next day.

Hello, Initially the run time was around 30 minutes. I followed the directions, held the lever firmly the whole time. I had it on the highest setting for mowing, I believe it was 70 or 75 mm. There was nothing unusal with the safety switch or the cable. The grass was dry, the temperature was in the high 80's. After the inital 30 minures of use I would only get about 15 minures of use, It would stop I would then check under the mower to make sure there wasn't anything hampering the blade, it was clean. I then would remove the batteries to recharge.. the 3 lights would blink indicating the batteries were over heating. I let them cool, then recharge the mower would start then shut down again after approximately 15 minutes. I have a small yard about 7,500 sq/ft my home is 1500 sq/ft, it took me almost 5 hours to mow the lawn because of the down time in letting the batteries cool then recharge. A gas powered mower, it would have taken me maybe 45 minutes to an hour. I did not get a respone from your company so I placed it on Facebook MarketPlace asking $275.00 I was offered $200 cash and took it, So I lost about $150.00. I ordered a gas mower from Home Depot had to spend another $350.00. Your return policy is what really ticked me off, according to UPS It would cost way more than $30 to return ship the item. All together it weighs 55 lbs. Not to mention the cost of getting a box from UPS that would carry the items. I ordered a TV from Amazon recently, it was defective, they gave me the option of having UPS pick it and once recieved they would refund my money. It was picked up the day after I requested a return. That service is what I was expecting from your company, in closing this has been a terrible experience. I believe a full refund is warrented even though I sold the mower, I still had to invest another $350.00 for a gas mower, not to mention the hell I went through using your product.

This seller is falsely advertising themselves as the actual product manufacturer on Amazon. So no matter how careful you might be to look and see who the seller is, this kind of fraud can leave you with garbage, not what you thought you were buying.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I ORDERED THE SAME ITEM TWICE- FIRST MISTAKE, BOTH ITEMS GOT DELIVERED TO THE WRONG PLACE WITH SOMEONE ELSES NAME AND ADDRESS. VERIFIED THRU POST OFFICE THE TRACKING NUMBERS WERE NOT CONNECTED TO MY ORDERS. ZERO rating if possible. Ordered 2 sets of 4 boxes Hostess donnettes so 8 boxes total. I received 1 box, or 1/8 of what I paid for. After months of emails I received credit for 4 boxes…..worst company ever and Walmart should be ashamed of their association.
