I placed an order through Walmart who placed an order this this I thief. They claim they shipped my item trig USPS; Hoeven, it NEVER ARRIVED. After multiple attempted to get my product or my refund over a month's time, they still refused to do either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
I spent $74 with this company and received nothing. It has been way over 6 weeks. Have sent two emails asking for updates on the order. No reply. Unfortunately I did not pay with PayPal!! I wish I had.
I received a snow globe with lights. The box was definitely someone that had returned it because it was didn’t and also had scotch tape on it. Walmart so they got in touch with the company in the company would get in touch with me within 48 hours. Never happened. I’m very disappointed in the company or not getting back in touch with me. Walmart was super nice and sent me an email stating that they were in touch with me. I don’t think they’ve backed up their product like you should be.

I have read the same issue that happened to me!! I ordered a pair of flannel pajamas for a total of $84.84 on 11/15/24. I received a confirmation of order and my card was charged. It is now 1/14/25 with no item, which was supposed to be a gift for Christmas, and absolutely NO response to my inquiries! Every action I looked into would cost me in time and inconvenience.

My experience here was a very terrible one. After I had made my second deposit I was blocked out. Nothing I did worked. I was so frustrated and giving up on my money when HARPER JAMES came to my rescue and helped me out with the issue. I would have been in a big mess if I had not met HARPER JAMES ( HARPERJAMESPLATFORM @ G MAIL COM ) personally by emailing them privately. I wish to recommend HARPER to anyone in recovery of loss. She saves me and I believe She can also save others who have run into loss.
I have been waiting for an order that I placed from Gymax LLC with Walmart Canada on January 01, 2005 and I still haven't received it yet. I've called Walmart Canada about it, they have no more information than I already have and any messages sent through Walmart Canada to Gymaxx LLC haven't helped me at all.

My item was never received and kept saying it cleared customs. It has been one and a half months since I placed the order. I’ve ordered things from China before so I know it only takes 2 weeks for an item to clear customs. This guy is a scam artist!

I have been almost 3 months trying to get the correct tile I ordered from Thomas Avenue Ceramics via Wayfair. The first delivery was the wrong tile. Wayfair referred me to TAC. Justin Malloy, at TAC, apologized and said he would replace it with the correct tile. The second delivery arrived and again was still the wrong tile. After a great deal of effort, I finally reached Justin. He apologized again and promised to send the correct tile-he would personally check it. That was almost a month ago. I never got the tile and now no one answers the phone, no one responds to my texts, emails, or messages on their FB and website. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. While I was finally refunded, I am so very upset because I really, really wanted this tile. It's hard to understand how any company stays in business like this.
Are purchase the product from this company, I was involved in a very bad fire where I spent months in the hospital fighting for my life the first 30 days in ICU basically comatose, I contacted the seller because I never got the product I provided photos and screenshots of the fact that I never got this product Walmart refused to stand behind it and this company just blew me off
I ordered two items from Walmart. Your delivery man said it was delivered. It was not. I checked all over. Your delivery man did not take a picture like Amazon does. I reported it to Amazon. They are looking into it. I have ordered many times from Amazon, and never had a problem with the delivery.

I am a grandmother of 7 grandchildren. I have moved to Nambucca Heads almost 3 years ago. I have my grandchildren every school holidays and my main attraction has always been The Big Banana for them until today 09/01.2025.
It was my last day with 2 of my grandchildren to have a wonderful experience for them as that is all they wanted.
We did have a nice day until 2-215 at the bumper cars. I would like you to search your cameras to confirm what we experienced.
Jack and Brooke Ramage and I had bought tickets to the bumper cars and toboggin. It was raining (which is fine) so they went on the bumper cars. At that time there was a young fellow being intimidated by 3 young boys ( app: 17-18) to get a free ride( which they did - twice!! he was probably scared of being bashed up). I stayed in the lineup for the toboggin so they could experience the bumper cars. Not far away. They were going on by themselves ( aged 11 and 7) as there was no one else in the lineup. The three boys intimidated this young man to give them a free ride with my two grandchildren. The poor young fellow was obviously intimidated so obliged. When they got on the ride, they all got in a circle and intimidated by 11-year-old grandson into a circle so he could not get-out. My 7 year old granddaughter was pushing her car, and I started yelling at them to get him out and I ran to them from the line up and told them to get him out of the corner!!
Noone was there to help me and no one was there to help the young man operating the ride. He was very vulnerable!!NOT HIS FAULT!!
I have only just got my grandson to sleep from the trauma of it and he is on the spectrum and not coping with the experience that was meant to be a wonderful day. Not to mention the final day of our 2 weeks together!!
He has advised he never wants to go back there because he felt nan was going to be hurt because I was yelling at these young men with obscenities.
They continued to be intimidating after the ride.
None of this is acceptable. Where is the OH& S for these young kids? Where was security??
I am saddened to think he has such anxiety because of this.
The young fellow realised the issue after the event and came to us in the line for the toboggin and apologised for the apparent bullying. He was petrified. (if cameras available please look at them as this will be verified.)
He gave the kids a free ride on the bumper cars but not without my continual reiteration of it being ok that no one older would be there unless it was a parent!!
I have dealt with this momentarily, but I feel you may need to protect the young ones running these rides and look at increased security and communication.
Maybe these boys knew someone close by and were quite cocky but that will never suffice for the anguish my grandson and granddaughter have been through today.
It's unacceptable and unfortunately, I potentially will not be able to take him there again due to the anxiety created by this event. His 7-year-old sister was even trying to get them away from him pushed in the corner (as advised in previous text).
I never complain about anything, but I would request a written apology to my grandchildren for the current stress this created. We were there for fun not intimidation. I am so saddened. It is a lovely venue, but I believe after today a 2-person rule and security contact may be advised.

Yea these guys shafted me on a computer gaming unit. When we got it the GPU unit was shot. Screen pixilated green. Paid a computer person to come look at it and he identified the faulty GPU card. He also said the card was missing important screws. I contacted Zachary at ZPC gaming and he asked me to send the GPU unit back to him, which I did. No response, nothing. I had to buy another GPU card at walmart for $430. Lame. I disputed the purchase through Affirm, and was told I need to pay for the computer. Lame. At least they can send the GPU card back to me since I paid for it, even though it is broken. Lame. They dont answer, do not call back and only text. When they want to. Would give 0 zero stars if I could.
Terrible! Did I ordered a set of fidget toys for my autistic son that was supposed to come with a box. I've gone back and forth with you company about the box only to be told by a customer service agent that I did not order the set with the box and I need it to take it back and get a full refund. I'm not taking it back. I've already given it to my son. I just want what I paid for which is the box for the items to go into.
