Ordered a liquid transfer pump but the adapters will not fit a common Jerry gas can
Clearly a crooked online seller that Walmart never should have exposed to their customers. I spent roughly $70 back in May for a household product that was never delivered. Contacted Walmart in early June and they said don't worry, we'll contact the seller and get this resolved. Never heard another word from anyone. Called Walmart back again in mid August, customer service said they would issue a refund in the next 7 to 10 business days. No way to run a railroad.
I was charged 119.85 for housing supplies- we were staying in an all- inclusive resort- we NEVER bought housing supplies at any store. Bad Stuff Nassau!
Terrible popcorn - 2 different brands - all were stale - unable to eat - tried contacting several times - they do not respond. I actually give them 0 stars - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - TERRIBLE product and service
Ripped off my friend. She ordered one of the Butterfingers with caramel that don't seem to exist. She paid $13! Why? She knew my 89 year old aunt had been searching everywhere for one and she sent me one for her. Well it is a scam. They sent a regular Butterfinger. Shame on you.
I ordered and paid for a vanity from this seller-beijinglingxiguangxuanguanggao-and received a tracking number telling me it was delivered to my address with a picture of a package on a front porch. It was clearly not my front porch nor my package.. I was given the wrong tracking number by the seller. This seller is a 3rd party selling through Walmart. I have called Walmart several times. I have talked to at least 20 representatives and 4 or 5 managers. I have been lied to telling me they talked to the seller and they will get back with me within 24-48 hours. Walmart even sent me emails telling me they TALKED to the seller and they would get back with me within 24-48 hours. LIE!!! I spoke to about 4 supervisors all telling me they were escalating my case and apparently never did. They were going to send me confirmation emails, never did... Well today, 8/6/2025, after speaking to another representative and letting him know I am pissed off now and I want my money now, he supposedly spoke to a supervisor and I am supposedly getting refunded my money. I guess we will see. I did get an email and a text message. But that is not money in my bank
The memory foam sofa I purchased is very unsafe, the screws fall out all the time, small children can choke on them. It tips very easily to the back or to the side, I have already flipped backwards over it while having a seat and landed on the back bars with my elbow. Very scary and painful and I already have a neck injury that could’ve been made worse. The so-called memory foam isn’t even memory foam. The sofa has been flat since I received it, I had to put a body pillow inside the first day to attempt to make it look as fluffy as it did on the photo. No one will contact me about a refund and this couch needs to be recalled for multiple safety issues. Of I could give it zero stars, I would. High potential for a lawsuit.
Tru Inertia sells stale packaged foods or fresh and discolored. It’s disgusting. Learned my lesson, check seller, first. Then never pick them.
Item was a cushion ordered weeks ago. They say it was delivered to me July 23 or so.No sign of it. No picture of it to prove delivery. I need a refund …Very sad no one from that site will speak to me…
My husband ordered 4 zero gravity lawn chairs from this Walmart Seller. The tracking showed they had been delivered 3 days ago. Our security cameras did not capture any such delivery. We contacted Walmart who was going to reach out to the Walmart Seller. We are asking for proof of delivery. The vendor reached out to us telling us to ask our neighbors if they signed for the delivery. We are not going to do that until we know which neighbor to approach. Again we are asking for proof of delivery. I would hate for this to escalate but we may not have any other option........
I placed an order for perfume months ago and still haven't received the product. Emails have not be answered. DO NOT ORDER THRU THIS COMPANY
The fact that Walmart uses dubious third-party vendors on Walmart.com and then does not stand behind the products that they sell on their website was something that I did not realize prior to placing my order. I ordered this product from Walmart. Walmart charged my credit card for the purchase. When I returned the item to a Walmart store, however, I learned that I had been deceived by their return policy. Walmart treats the purchase as if I ordered directly from this third-party vendor, and it is now my problem to deal with them. Who is "Fashiongalaxy" anyway? I looked them up at it says Walmart has had a business relationship with them since 2016 and they have horrible customer reviews. Like other fraudulent companies, they go by other names as well such as "WatchSavings" and "Jomashop". Why is Walmart doing business with a company this shady? Furthermore, why do they put it on the customer to resolve problems with dubious companies such as this? Walmart is the largest retailer in the world! They make hundreds of billions of dollars each year, and yet they are telling me that they are at the mercy of a little crooked supplier? Whoever came up with this crazy idea at Walmart needs to reconsider it. I ordered from Walmart because I believed they stood behind their products, but the way they are running their online business, I might as well have bought items from thieves on the street.
I ordered 4 pk water filters for my sink through Walmart on July 3rd but wouldn’t get delivered til July 31st which to start is ridiculous and who that shows to deliver the items is UPS is even worse. Here today is August 1st and still no items. I’m highly aggravated.

Devon from All Seasons Solutions rand my bell and after some discussion, we agreed that he would grow some grass in my yard. I informed him that I was ignorant on this subject, but he didn't see fit tell me stuff that I didn't know. His communication left a lot to be desired and it hit its peak after I paid him in full. Do not pay this guy in full before he finishes the job. He said he would be back thae next day in the afternoon. He never called me to cancel and he never showed up. This was not the first time this had happened. I called him and left him a message that he either needed to return $50 for work promised, but not done or to come and do the work. He has done neither. I have not heard from him since so he got himself this review the old fashioned way, he earned it.
