I purchased a Shark Navigator Vacuum through Walmart.com and paid for it with my credit card. It was sold and shipped by Elite Velvet Mode (EVM). I received a statement from Montgomery Ward (MW) the same day I received this vacuum. I phoned MW to inquire why I received a statement from them as the statement didn’t have details of what the item was for and I didn’t call them or set up an account with them. I believe EVM did this and now MW is ruining my credit. I have an investigation with Transunion into this matter. Now there is no way to contact EVM. They obviously are a fraud. THEY ABSOLUTELY DESERVE ZERO STARS!
My purchase of a Keurig Coffee maker duo was defective. I called Walmart and was not helped but redirected to Cathys express. I woke the owner up literally and after quite a call I was told to buy another coffee maker from him at full price and then use the box to return the defective one and if he got credit from Keurig only then would he refund my money! Cathys express is a scam!!! Walmart is so foolish to do business with this criminal! Walmart should NOT farm out purchases!! My business and sales receipt say Walmart NOT scammers like Cathys Express. Be warned!!
I am on social security so every penny matters. I ordered elbow pads for my injured elbow and was told I would get them this week then I got a message they won't arrive 'till near the end of next month. My elbow is injured and needs it now. They lied about when I would get them and then say I can't get a refund. This is a criminal company who cares nothing about the customers.

I just ordered a rice cooker from RealCo Direct then found out there is a different company name with the same address. Walmart has no Idea where my Package is. I will not even give this company a star. Only put a star because it made me.
Poorly packaged, heavy, plastic item. One hundred count DVD item. Loose in a cardboard box that allowed enough movement for contents inside to break through the manufacturer's container. These discs are on a "center pole" based into a plastic bottom that twists to lock and unlock. Movement during shipping allowed bottom and sides of container to crack so that it could not be touched without DVDs spilling out and getting scratched. ONE SMALL PIECE OF BROWN PAPER IN THE BOX INSTEAD OF A FOLDED PIECE OF BUBBLE WRAP. WILL RETURN TO SENDER VIA WAL-MART.
i made the horrible mistake of not knowing when you ordered from Walmart somethings don't come from Walmart. I ordered a coffee pot because Walmart said I would get it in 2 days, which is when I needed it. Then this brave place emailed me and said it would be 10 days. i canceled the order but brave wouldn't let me. They don't answer their phone I left 3 messages to please call me and got nothing. i emailed their store. Nothing. then they added a "item must be signed for" and that wasn't going to work because it's Christmas and we wouldn't be there. Still i could get no help from Brave. Neither could Walmart. They said they had tired 3 times too. So I bought another coffee pot and waited for this one. I got an email saying it had been delivered. I was so excited and ran around trying to find it.I live in Lorena Texas. They delivered my coffee pot to Brookland New York. and the odd thing is someone signed for it and kept it. Do not order from this place. There is no contact with them. They still have not contacted me to this day about their mistake. I'm still out the money and still have no coffee pot. I'm turning them over to teh BBB and anything else I can think of to do.
I ordered an industrial-grade cleaner from this "Supply the Home" seller through Walmart. I received an entirely different, orange-scent cleaner. Thankfully, Walmart has processed the return, but even that was a hassle: filled in all the information online, then was told I needed to call the 800 number. Did that, was greeted by Walmart's idiot automated gent, which told me the item wasn't returnable. When I insisted on a refund whether or not I returned the wrong item, the robot forwarded me to a humen agent, who finally processed a return and refund. Now I need to deliver it to FedEx. Never deal with "Supply the Home", and consider the fact that Walmart is willing to provide the a marketplace presencde. for unscrupulous vendors like StH. Based on thers' comments, this is not news.
