Ordered PRID through Walmart from you and had tracking info but package never came but showed it was delivered by USPS. USPS never deliver mail to address until afternoon never in morning!

Defective products. Brace Direct does not back up their goods. I bought a Renewed Cold Ice Cryotherapy Treatment Machine and it leaked right out of the box. Here's the response from Brace Direct, "We apologize for the inconvenience and defective product. We are not able to provide a refund for defective items." This place is a scam, don't buy anything from them.
So... I ordered a 3oz 62 perfume, just for it not to get here because the shipping people who shipped it to USPS didnt pay the box price thing?!?!? Like, if you're that broke, you could have asked for more money for it....
These miserable bastards have been stealing and selling my wife's TRADEMARKED designs. They even went so far as to use her thumbnail WITH the copywrite watermark on it. We don't know how many pieces of her work have been sold, but I would almost be certain that the rest of their collection has been lifted from other legitimate graphic artists. Thieves. Well , the shipping was quick but the product arrived spilled and wasn’t the fragrance that I ordered , it was horrible and nothing like the cologne that was expected, I’m positive of that because I still have a small amount of this Burberry left and whatever was in the bottle that I received wasn’t my order. This was the first time that I got a bad order from eBay and even if it was the correct fragrance almost one third of the bottle was wasted on arrival and the smell was like an old air freshener that was expired. I ordered trident chewing gum, and I was supposed to get two of them at $9.98 each and got only one. I paid for the 2 chewing gums. Also, when buying the grocery and have it delivered, they have a fee in the 3rd party. They advertise you can I order a can of French onion soup at $1.79. I was charged $3.10. I am on Social Security that pays cheaply. They advertise you can order anything in the store. If that is so, why do I get grocery from Amazone and Ezyecom when I order directly from Walmart. They do not need to send grocery from other stores. You know something? They are always out of stock on something every time I order since I been on Walmart Plus and I am very upset over it.
I ordered motorcycle saddlebags from this company. They fell apart and cracked after using them for a couple months. All 8 mounting holes cracked. The product is junk. They will not give me a refund and neither will Amazon because I bought through a 3rd party. Watch out for this trap. No one will stand in back of their product.
Order was made through Walmart.com. The actual seller and shipper is a third party company called Be Kind. Ordered an Axon C4000BG modem/router. Received an Axon C4000BZ modem/router. Packer must have missed ABC day in first grade. Shoddy. Waiting for a refund of my purchase price. Walmart abrogates and says they can do nothing about third party shipper or sellers.

This is my second transaction in 1.5 years.
I returned a large chair to Syngar in 9/2023 and it was delivered back to my Aunt’s house two more times after the first return. It took me one month and numerous hours on chat to resolve this.
I’m dealing with Syngar again for a bed I ordered in April and refused the delivery when attempted from Fed Ex. It is almost a month and I’m still trying to get my refund for the item and after five chats, and every Walmart rep telling me they will resolve this situation and then nothing is done. I’ve spent hours in chats.
My next attempt is going to call a person higher on the management chain to resolve this. Additionally, calls to the BBB, attorney general’s in states affected by these two companies and letters to be written and mailed to the newspapers.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SYNGAR OR WALMART. It’s a total ripoff and disastrous company(s) to deal with. They’ll take your money and you’ll have to fight for weeks on end to get your money back.

Never order from these idiots they are THIEVES. I ordered a trailer hitch for $251.12, and I canceled the order about 20 minutes after I noticed I ordered the wrong one. that was on 04-24-2025 they already took the money from my bank account, so I called the bank and Walmart, and they said it was the seller and now it is 05-03- 2025, and they still refuse to send my money back to me. NEVER TRUST THIS SELLER EVER. My rating is FRAUD.
Ordered four packages of oatmeal and the expiration date was within a month of getting the product. Seller states it was with Amazon rules. These guys are trying to pull a fast one and skirting what I consider good business practices.
What a ripoff ! FYHALE company misrepresented online description of their 6' bean bag product by saying that the stuffing was included for the 89.99 price. They offered a 30 day return either by mail or return to any Walmart store. When I tried to return it Walmart would NOT accept the return. When I notified the seller about the return NO RESPONSE was received in the 48 hour window. I have NEVER heard back from them to date. This company is not worth doing business with and if there is a problem CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!
I ordered a garden planter from Orion Marts on February 14, 2025, I have attempted to contact the company three times. I have not heard back from them. When I enter the shipping number on their it gives a series of autogenerated information without providing carrier or services information & claims it was delivered 16 days after ordered. It was not delivered. They have not responded. I called my credit card company to stop charges. It is likely a scam website. I have not received my items and the company has not talked to me. It was $39.98
They did not have contact information available on the invoice. The biling name it showed up under on my credit card was: ASHMJT UK. I was really looking forward to this stinking revolving planter system. I really wish it was something I could receive..
