I Purchased a metal shed from Home Depot on line in April of 2025, what a flimsy poor quality metal shed. The brand name was VEIKOUS and it came from Youke Furniture home LLC. It was a 10 x 12 size, and we put a very sturdy base down having to store
our snowblower and riding lawn morrow. Got it done and it started to rain the, water was coming into the shed from the metal base so my son who is a contractor said we would have to caulk the base to stop the rain water from coming in. We did that and thought that solved our problems. No, put the things in the shed for the winter and thought it was ok, NOT!! This shed is at my mom's house which has a large yard and it is in way in the back. Go to get the rider lawn morrow out and see that the roof is sagging into the shed. I went to Home Depot and they said that there was nothing they could do cause the warrantee was over. They told me to call the company and tell them. Well I did and Dean L emailed me that he sent my issue to Tracy their customer service rep. She emailed me and asked for a picture which I sent. She got back to me and said that the warrantee was over, they give 6 months and she said that they would not send me another roof. Not only that she said that I would have to resolve this issue independently. I wrote back that their description states that this shed would withstand harsh weather. Well we only have winters with snow, and I guess that their sheds don't withstand snow. Besides the warrantee does not even cover the winter months and they don't care. They have the worst customer service that I have ever had to deal with. I wrote to Dean L and Sara, in purchasing at home depot too. But none have responded to my emails. I guess that good customer service and making a good product is a thing of the past. I am very disappointed with the answer and customer service from home depot also. After all they sold that shed to me and should try to help me with the sagging roof issue. I would not recommend this brand VEIKOUS or the company Youke Furniture Home LLC that sells the shed. Be Ware of the Metal Sheds that Home Depot sells esp. if they say they withstand Harsh Weather, they don't. I consider their description false advertising. Don't Purchase anything from this company save your money and read all the reviews.

Purchased a renewed Canon EOS R50 that was bricked during a manufacturer-requested firmware update through the official Canon app. Seller blamed me, voided the warranty, and deducted over $600 in “fees,” refunding only $212 on an $824 purchase. I contacted Weem customer service pertaining to a strange smell and taste to the product, after a few emails they sent me three replacement bottles. The new shipment still has the same strange smell and taste, I am afraid to continue taking them as they leave my throat with a burning feeling.

Very poor company. Ordered tubes ofSimichrome polish on a Saturday night and when I checked order on Sunday order had been changed. Left message I did not want different item but still received different product. Must now send back wrong item. Post office is not happy.
Ordered a case of sardines from them and they were sent to the wrong city they will not answer my messages to them. They show delivered May 2. This is May 4 still will not respond. Rating poor.

Bad company to do business with, I ordered 8 Navaho THORNLESS starter blackberry plants through the walmart website, the plants arrived as expected between 1 and 2 inches in height, the plants which are beginning to grow taller now are full of thorns, I contacted the seller about this and even advised them that the image of the plant on their website shows that there ar no thorns on them, after providing the seller the order number and other information that they requested they stop corresponding with me by not answering my e-mails or returning any messages left on their company answering machine, they made no attempt to resolve my problem by either offering replacement plants or any refund for the wrong item shipped to me....
I purchased a canvas wall art painting on Amazon from this seller and was unhappy with the actual colours as compared to how they looked on Amazon's site. I tried to return the item and needed to first fill out required custom forms. Along with other information about the seller, the forms asked for their phone number - which I could find no where. So now I'm unable to return the picture. I'm stuck with something I don't like and that cost way more money than it was worth. Beware of dealing with Fomann LLC.
This order was placed on the Walmart website by logging into my account. The shipping address was checked and updated prior to placing the order. The item was shipped to the old address. Walmart declines to correct the issue and referred me to Realco Direct for order correction. So far, no response from Realco Direct. I do not recommend buying from Walmart online or Realco Direct.

The merchant offers Chinese manufactured knives according to some customers who performed analysis on them as genuine Damascus ones. Illegal return policies designed not to accept any new unused purchased set you opened and examined.
