Absolutely worst costumer service. I ordered something from them through Walmart. The package was marked delivered but I did not receive it. They refused to refund, blamed me and told me to take it up with UPS and said they would be having Walmart refund them as they shipped and delivered the product- which makes no sense. For a company to not insure their packages is beyond me, packages get lost and stolen all the time.

AVOID THEM!! Seriously, not worth the stress. The worst reviews are true. They are super shady, very rude, literally no customer service (a voicemail and a rude irritable jerkass who uses ALL CAPS on chat) Thankfully, I cancelled the order before it shipped, hoping i don't still need to file a dispute with my cc company. I think this is literally just an overstuffed bodega that gives a five-finger discount. Eff these nasty disrespectful people
The best part? They sent an email a week after ordering (ignoring a very expensive rush shipping fee) to "confirm my order." Purchasing something is usually the confirmation, but ok… the email felt extremely scammy. I called the number on their site: no answer, just a voicemail (regardless of which "dept" you click into), but here's the real kicker: they LEAKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS!! Yea, cc'd with 200+ other customers for this dumb message that is unnecessary and likely the same bait and switch bs others have described. Contacting lawyers now.
DON'TWASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY ON THESE PEOPLE. SOME THINGS DESERVE TO FAIL, TO MAKE ROOM FOR BETTER THINGS

I have tried 4 times to cancel the subscription I never asked for...and they have ignored my request each time.
Now I have to cancel my debit card and get a new one....THEN notify the companies that use my debit number for the LEGITIMATE automatic withdrawals of the new number.
And that's quite a few :-(

This is a scam site. Look at the reviews for products. Nothing below a 5 star and many are almost exact duplicates. DO NOT BUY FROM OFFICECURB.COM.
Deceptive illustrations describing the product resulting in exorbitant prices for some products. In my case the Cutimed mousse picture showed three units but the actual quantity shipped was only one item.. Price was six times the norm.

Do NOT use this company. They will lie to you and are only after access to your personal information. They will send you a refurbished item when you think you are getting a new item. They will not send it NEXT day like promised. They will send it ground and charge you for Next Day.
I purchased a riding toy in November 2024 for my daughters Christmas gift, so it was open on December 25 2024 it was road 3 times before it stopped working, I contacted them multiple times ways and did a review through Walmart.com. I never heard back we cut our losses and bought her a new riding toy. I received an email from Walmart saying the seller had FINALLY replied to my review. I read the reply and it was basically a bullcrap reply or oh please contact us and let’s see how we can help you. I did this and their reply was oh sorry it’s been too long, your fault you will have to pay to have it fixed. DO NOT buy from this company.
Did anyone else find out they sold you a locked apple device? And then after purchasing from the Apple app on the iPad our credit card was pinged several times all over the place.
I love these candles, but the entire collection is sold out. I have been checking for weeks and nothing is restocked or nothing posted about when they will be in stock.
This is clearly presented as a glass vial with shiny gold metal cap, but if you inquire further you will find out the cap is plastic. Maybe that's clear to other buyers. To me it seemed clear it was shiny metal. It was luck that made me inquire further to verify, which is when I was told it was plastic. And guess what? I wrote this exact same review on the product page. But when I submitted it I got a message saying it was being reviewed my PremiumVials themselves before it was posted. So even though there are two 5-star reviews for this product on the product page, and nothing lower than these two reviews, that's because the reviews run through management within the company and they decide if it gets posted. So OF COURSE there is nothing lower than 5 stars.

Sadly, I have to leave a poor review for this company. I placed an order in December and the day I received the product I realized that I had order the wrong item. I wanted the unscented natural soap, but scrolled to look for a hair soap and when I went back to order the face soap I accidentally selected another soap that was the same color but had a scent to it. I am not a fan of scented soaps/lotions/etc. The day I received the soap in the mail, I immediately submitted a return. I didn't receive anything. I called the company and left a message on Dec. 10th and no response. I sent an email on Dec. 17th, the mailbox was full. Now it's a month later and still no contact from the company what-so-ever. Customer service makes a difference. If a company doesn't care about the customer enough to take care of their needs and earn a repeat customer, then that company will no longer receive my business.
