Ordered an item and never received it. Reached out to them and received a terse reply back. I asked about the sale record from the books but again short, terse reply back saying they can't help me. Buyer beware.

My new electric powered wheelchair is great for outdoor activities, however, be extremely cautious around inground swimming pools as the joystick is extremely sensitive. Our home was not built with handicapped people in mind. The wheelchair has shown to be too large, and the controls too sensitive for indoor use if the building was not made with handicapped people in mind.
Do not use these people they said my package was delivered they even took a pic of it at my door but think they took it back we were home when they said it was delivered very suspicious and don't even deserve 1 star
This company keeps trying to send orders to me that i didnt order. I already called walmart. If I receive another order that is supposed to come may 9th, I will be getting the BBB involved and the police. Stop sending things that i did not order.
Strongly recommend you stay away from Joybuy. I had a problem with my purchase, and I tried for 5 months to get them to even acknowledge that I existed. They refused to resp0ond to any correspondences. Walmart reached out to them, and they still did not respond.
I placed the order 9 days ago, do yourself a favor and avoid Saks' free shipping-it's a joke.
There is zero customer service nor tracking available with Pandion.
My package has been shipped by Saks and "processing" with Pandion for 6 days.

Not good at all . No instructions. I tried the repair reinstall/windows 10 disk several times and nothing happens. I dont recomend buying this product. Two thumbs down. GARBAGE
$12.34 for Taster’s Made instant coffee??? I’ve bought this brand for years. Such a disappointment. Everyone I know that drinks this brand will be no longer be purchasing due to the ridiculous increase in price. Much better coffee brands out there with the same taste for a fraction of the price. I ordered a refurbished Dell optimax 7010 through the walmart page what i got was nothing like the picture it was dirty, scratched and the moniter was wonky nothing like the pictured one that was 3/18/24 I returned it the next day and they received it on 3/20/24 I have been trying to get my refund ever since I have emailed them 3xs now and each time their response was we are issuing a refund today but still nothing these are not reliable people don't buy from them
They don't care about you. They will toss around and lose the package, they don't give a shit if it's an expensive item you paid good money for. I have been begging the customer support to actually give one shit about me and they do NOT. Avoid anything that uses Pandion like the PLAGUE. Do NOT order from Dell because Dell ships through Pandion, I hope that people who search Dell's shipping methods can see this post and will avoid giving them a dime until they switch to an actually legitimate and trustworthy shipping company that actually gives a shit whether or not you actually get the package.
I ordered a pair of. HKEEY mountain hiking poles with horizontal grips but what I received was not what I ordered. The hiking poles I received had verticals grips nothing like what show in there advertisement. I ask the company to review their ad but obviously was not concerned enough to re view their ad or my order.

I purchased this electric vehicle for my granddaughter for Easter and opened the box and it was damaged. I have tried to contact the company to get this straightened out and have heard no response. I also blame walmart.com for not standing up to their products. highly disappointed I wouldn’t purchase anything from this company.
Thieves! 0 stars if possible Forced me to return and had to pay and had to pay, losing money in the end. I canceled my order 2 minutes within ordering because the picture of the different size cologne are identical. I was told it was too late to cancel and have to return. Had jump through hoops to return.On top of everything I only recived partail refund for process, I would have kept it if I was told through there many emails.
Can't give 0 stars, but that would be my rating. I've had same issue ordering through Kmart/ShopYourWay as everyone had through WalMart. I hadn't ordered from the KMart site before and didn't realize I was purchasing from a third party seller. It seemed strange that I did not receive an order confirmation after a few days, so I checked on Kmart's site and found the USPS tracking number. When I checked the number on the USPS site, it said thats my name and street address information had been omitted from the recipient's information on the package. It only contained my city, state, and zip code! Therefore, USPS sent it back to the sender. I will never receive the package without my name and street address on it! I've contacted Kmart directly. If I don't get satisfaction, I'll dispute the charge on my credit card. I can't believe major retailers are getting the same complaint for every order. and they continue to do business with this place. I thought to myself no wonder why Kmart is in such bad shape, but WalMart is allowing the same thing!
