I bought this item for a gift. It arrived in a timely manner, but it was packaged in a brown paper envelope. The box was crushed so badly, one end of the box was torn apart from the glue sealing it together. I did not take the package out of the box, so I don't even know if parts are broken. I am returning it and hoping this company will do right by it's several other customers stating their packages of LEGOS were also shipped in paper envelopes and crushed. My box looks like it came from the trash, not brand new merchandise!! I'm requesting a replacement, shipped in a shipping BOX not a paper envelope!! We'll see how much they care...
I purchased Addi Ewenicorn Interchangeable needles on Amazon a while back. Finally I am using them today and to my extreme disappointment the sizes that should be included are not. I do not have a size 5 or a size 10. I believe these are not authentic and I am not happy.
I had a question related to paper cup resupply for a Goodtimes cup dispenser. I send my question to the company contact website and to date have not received an answer. Subsequently, I called the company contact phone # (905-625-9835) and no one answers.
I give the company a one star for their failure in customer service.
Bought a pool pump thru Amazon(ihubdeal) being the company. Came with a one year manufacturer warranty. It stopped working and i've been trying for 3 weeks to get someone to answer. only the manufacturer did,they don't handle warranties. Also bought a 4yr extended warranty and they say the other one is still in effect,( it is). BUT!!! I've sent 5 emails to Ihubdeal with no response. `Amazon says go thru them , Asurion says claim is in process,but no updates. Terrible way to run a business. Need to go back to brick and mortar buying.
Last 2 orders of Sterns black and white cookies ordered through Amazon have been broken, dry, and stale!

I’ve purchase Apple Cider and several times from you and this bottle has an odd smell. Some of the capsules have hardened and shrunk and only fill half of the capsule now. This has never happened before. I’m afraid to take them. Im disappointed in the product. Why does the bottle have such a strange odor?

I got two cases for a Galaxy A16 5G. Neither fit a after many attempts. Directions were no help and unable to get any help from the company. Will try to return it to Walmart (lots of luck).

I should not have to pay return shipping costs for a product that is misrepresented and a sub par product.
I ordered pravana chromasilk haircolor and was looking for a silver color that doesn't wash out after shampooing, I therefore looked for a color that used developer. I received something that looked different from the product I had chosen, and was a wash out color not to be used with a developer. If you are going to get something totally different from what you thought you were buying, this deserves a rating of zero!
Bought 2 HHD cause the deal was great, but product never showed, Walmart said they dropped the reseller
2TB micro SD card with Adapter is worse than useless! They both corrupt files! Switched to a known Adapter and fewer files were corrupted, but still many were!!!! The card is also very slow. The file names and sizes showed, BUT they were not readable, therefore dangerous to use! Tried in another computer that does not require and adapter and files were unreadable. DO NOT BELIEVE THE AD!!!
