I should not have to pay return shipping costs for a product that is misrepresented and a sub par product.
I ordered pravana chromasilk haircolor and was looking for a silver color that doesn't wash out after shampooing, I therefore looked for a color that used developer. I received something that looked different from the product I had chosen, and was a wash out color not to be used with a developer. If you are going to get something totally different from what you thought you were buying, this deserves a rating of zero!
Bought 2 HHD cause the deal was great, but product never showed, Walmart said they dropped the reseller
2TB micro SD card with Adapter is worse than useless! They both corrupt files! Switched to a known Adapter and fewer files were corrupted, but still many were!!!! The card is also very slow. The file names and sizes showed, BUT they were not readable, therefore dangerous to use! Tried in another computer that does not require and adapter and files were unreadable. DO NOT BELIEVE THE AD!!!

I bought a Planet Walk 3-wheeled rollator about a month or two ago. I can no longer use it, because its front wheel stops--it stops when I first start to use it; it stops WHILE I'm using it. It is just too dangerous to continue to use, and nowhere can I find a way to contact Planet Walk.
I ordered the tin of sugar free butter cookies on line and when they arrived there were just crumbs, only about 6 were complete.
Do not purchase from this company it is a total scam!! Sold me 4 air conditioners saying they were 12000 btu then waiting a month shipped me some plastic air cooler from china one at a time. I have been emailing no response and calls are not picked. The company has an address in hong kong. I have reported them to my credit card who are investigating.

Worse costumer service ever they blame me because I send a return of a pi 500+ that cost me 240.00 and all they say blame me because I send a return with a label postage they send me months later because I was taking care of health situation . So usps keep the package just because Vilros didn’t call usps and renew the label or try to help in any way. Now reading I have found many complaints against the lack of communication and costumer service . You guys suck and if I could I give you 0 star
I tried the jasmine tea - I am used to a light , fresh green tea scented with jasmine, but this acted like it was heated in the drying process. Tea is brown and bitter, which completely covers up any of the jasmine. I am sorry to have wasted my money.
These people claimed they were charging 51 cents to locate my lost phone and never sent me an email or receipt. The next day they charged $49.80 without any service rendered. They showed a map of WA DC when I submitted the request, unlikely as I live in WA state. Rip off artist.
