Can't give 0 stars, but that would be my rating. I've had same issue ordering through Kmart/ShopYourWay as everyone had through WalMart. I hadn't ordered from the KMart site before and didn't realize I was purchasing from a third party seller. It seemed strange that I did not receive an order confirmation after a few days, so I checked on Kmart's site and found the USPS tracking number. When I checked the number on the USPS site, it said thats my name and street address information had been omitted from the recipient's information on the package. It only contained my city, state, and zip code! Therefore, USPS sent it back to the sender. I will never receive the package without my name and street address on it! I've contacted Kmart directly. If I don't get satisfaction, I'll dispute the charge on my credit card. I can't believe major retailers are getting the same complaint for every order. and they continue to do business with this place. I thought to myself no wonder why Kmart is in such bad shape, but WalMart is allowing the same thing!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Company canceled my order with no explanation. If you don’t have the product then take it off of the site. Don’t buy from them unless you never want to receive your items.

The supplier Ami Ventures Inc. called me to tell me that I have to go on the WM website and cancel my order, the reason they gave me was, my item got damaged during fulfillment and it was the last one. This was an odd request I thought, I never had the supplier call me for something like this. I didn't cancel it. Few days later they refunded me and cancelled my order, however I'd noticed in that period the item on WM website listed at about 450% from the same item sold & shipped by Ami Ventures Inc. On my initial phone call with them, they had said they would put a note in my file to replace it at the same price when it become available. So much about keeping their word! This is what they said: "Please learn that the prices fluctuate according to the supply and demand in the market. You can place the order for this item for the price it has been listed on Walmart Canada as all our prices are fixed. We hope you understand." Price I had purchased at: $10.98 New price: $48.70 So they cancelled my order to sell it at 5X the price. Moral of the story get everything in email writing.

I ordered a Hello Kitty bike helmet for my granddaughter and it is now 3 weeks since I paid for the item. I have not received a confirmation of delivery. How can I claim my refund,

I placed an order in December! It is now May. I’ve emailed the company numerous times to give me my money back and I get no reply!! Horrible company

My order has been Mis-Sent to the Wrong Address Again - First order was shipped to West Monroe Louisiana now my Second Order is stuck in Cameron Louisiana waiting on instructions where to send my order before it is returned to the Shipper.

I have been to the Post Office with my Printed Order showing my Name Address and Tracking Number Printed on my Purchase Order - but they refuse to forward My Order because it has the WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. They said the Seller or Shipper has to Contact them and have the Package FORWARDED TO MY ADDRESS.

Could you PLEASE contact the Postal Service and get My Order Forwarded to ME.

Absolutely no customer service response to return a $125 damaged item after the initial offer to give me a $10 discount if I kept it. Obviously I refused and that was it. Amazon finally gave me a refund (Yah Amazon) and are going to investigate the company. I have let other websites that this company does business on, know about my experience with this company Ann have forwarded them to this and other rating sites. It’s not about the money, but my dislike of business practices of this sort. Reprehensible!!

Complete SCAM and FRAUD. They're unfortunately using Abebooks as an unwitting accomplice in their criminal activity, through their Ergodebooks alias. I ordered a book from them which they advertised as "new". After the order was placed (and they had stolen my money) they emailed me that the book was in fact "used". Offered me a choice of accepting the book at a reduced price, or cancelling the order for a full refund. I IMMEDIATELY responded with the order to CANCEL. They responded that they would do so, and to allow 24-48 hours for the refund to be processed. It has now been 120 hours (five days) and their only action has been to evade the refund by sending multiple emails that they cannot cancel the order until they've been notified that cancellation is indeed my wish. I have responded to EACH one of their emails with a repeated mandate that the order is to be cancelled and a full refund issued. They continue to evade. And by the way, don't waste your time trying to call the phone number they provide. Scammers never answer the phone.

They advertise an item is in stock and will show up in seven days. Well, the item does not exist anywhere. 100% crooks here.

I wish I read all the reviews before ordered the items online for Walmart.

They are horrible! I ordered loose tea bags and after I placed my order via Walmart they raised the price by $4!!! They said this was standard practice due to demand. They are still listed at the $6 price on the site. They are crooks!

Walmart is doing consumers a huge injustice by allowing this horrible company to do business. EVERY TIME, someone places an order you are met with problems. I got the wrong product. Charged on my Capitol One/Walmart card. Received an immediate refund from Walmart unless I heard from AMI Ventures. Surprise, I heard from AMI and now they want me to return the product WITH paperwork within 7 days, then and only then will they “consider” a refund. Are they kidding!!!! Time for a BBB complaint!

Ordered through Walmart. Shipped slow and then delivered to the wrong place. Refused to make it right at that time and it took more than 48 hours to get them to issue a refund through Walmart. I had to tell that I would come up there to get my grandson's Christmas present and all they would say is that it was delivered and would not tell me where. Sorriest damn company I have dealt with in a year.

I order through Walmart the Nerf Zombie strike Brainsaw Blaster. Paid full price. It arrived 10 min ago. No packaging, no darts, dirty. Pay attention when shipping on Walmart as this third party supplier is garbage. Full price plus shipping for a used product. This is BS.

Order was shipped Nov 4 2021 as of today Dec 1 2021 I still not received my package and I was never given a tracking number I have contacted WalMart twice but get no satisfaction from them I will never order from them ever again

They are on Amazon Canada and I got ripped off by their false advertising and lies about shipping. You don't get communication from them but from their shipping department called Fastmedia. They will tell you that even if the problem originates with their false advertising and you want to cancel your order you can't because they say they ship immediately. However on their listing they state it takes usually 6 to 10 days before shipping. I contacted them within minutes when I discovered the 12 units I ordered were actually falsely advertised and it was only one unit. The company had been made aware by other customers pointing it out to them as far back as a year ago but they continue falsely advertising. Amazon confirmed they did not ship until 12 days later. Neither Amazon nor the company Ami cancel the order even though I contacted them in that time period several times. I don't want 1 can when 12 were on offer. Check them out on BBB in Houston Texas, they have a disgusting rating. As well, Fakespot on Amazon.com gives a warning not to deal with this company. Why Amazon has had them listed this long I don't understand but let's hope they are soon deleted. I think they may be using several names as well. Rip off company of the year!

DO NOT BUY FROM AMI !! I have a media cabinet which after 6 months is literally falling apart. Contacted AMI - they refused to take any responsibility and were curt with me. I called Walmart and was issued an immediate refund and they will pick up the item.

Agree with everyone- Walmart should dump this vendor. They are horrible scum bags.

I was able to get my money back from walmart , but filed a report with USPS as providing falsified tracking and USPS information is considered tampering with the US postal service , and its a Federal Offense . I urge you to do the same.

Very disappointed with their service, the product came from America with an American plug, they wouldn’t give me an adapter, and when I said I was prepared to return the goods providing they paid the cost , I found 5 economy prices and 8 express and chose the cheapest of both and they are still quibbling. Why are they allowed to sell items unfit for use?

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE- WALMART.CA SHOULD BAN THEM. SCAM. 100% SCAM.
