Terrible company that refuses to cancel an order within an hour of purchase AND still won’t five days latter even though the item hasn’t been sent just a label printed!! Walmart should stop allowing them to sell through them and anywhere else really!

Misleading advertising on products.

Refund promise not kept, sed manager allowed refund however never given. Had to push back through walmatr.

We will see if walmart provides refund.

Ordered a product on walmarts grocery site, Supply the Home was the company sending the product, the first time I ordered it they sent the wrong product,, I ordered again, the second time I ordered it, they send the SAME WRONG product, yet on walmarts site, I ordered the correct article... they have been giving me a hassle every post they send to me,, first they say I did not sent the picture of the articles they sent wrong, I DID, then they say I was refunded,, do not know how,, they do not have my checking account,,,beside wmt already reimbursed me,, all I ask the company for is to send 1 correct item,,, then I ask them if I ordered the article again will they send it,,, got nothing but grief from them,, they keep blaming me for not sending picture and then keep telling me I was reimbursed, I do not think they like to accept they made a mistake,, So good luck to you if they screw up,,,,

Ordered a 2.25 qt. Rubbermaid water pitcher, but got a 2 qt. size, which I did not order. No invoice either in the box. Not professional in their operations.

Worst company ever! Bought a card table and chairs for my granddaughter for Christmas. Box was damaged and so was the table. When I contacted Walmart was told Supply the home would respond s within 48 hrs. They finally asked for pictures whi h I sent on 1/31. They claimed they never received them and that now it is past the 30 days return policy!

Ordered two Wayne 3/4 HP sump pumps, received two cast iron Dutch Ovens instead. Don't waste any time and energy with this seller.

BUYER BEWARE! Classic Bait and switch scam. I purchased a Wagner 130 paint sprayer that was CLEARLY listed as a 2pack on black Friday. Not only did they fail to ship both units but they do not reply when asked for remedy. Apparently Walmart condones Scam operations on its market place website as I have reached out to them twice with no real answers.

They were offering Brush-B-Gone, for $33, which is illegal to sell in Calif, and probably not anywhere in the US. Didn't fall for the lie.

Ordered water timer was sent the wrong (cheaper version) that has many defects. Hard to believe it was an honest mistake when the numbers were different and the pictures as well in the advertisement. Now I'm still watering my crops three hours a day for putting hope in a third party vendor on walmart.com. guess I'll stick with Amazon from now on.

I ordered an outdoor thermometer through the Walmart app. It was sent in a plastic envelope and the tube was busted when I received it. I sent a request for replacement through Walmart customer service, Supply the home did not reply.

I placed an order from them through Walmart website, Did NOT SEE THE SHIPPING PRICE..my purchase was 14,36 and the SHIPPING WAS 11.88..have been in touch with Walmart about this and they do NOT give a damn, told me to get in touch with this company which is impossible to do,,BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!They are in with Walmart and BOTH are running a scam,,last time I order from either place..Going to the BBB in New York State with this

They sent a different product from what i ordered. I then found the product I ordered for $40 less at Amazon. And it shipped within 2 hours of ordering.

Item left on door step or next apt complex!! NEVER RECEIVED IT!! No post office slip or ANY KNOCK ON THE DOOR BECAUSE I WAS HOME!! I’m super pissed!!!!! My item better be replaced and only left at post office!!! Or a full refund to be issued!! I’m so mad I could spit fire because I’ve waited a month to air up my motorcycle tires!!!!!!!

I cannot get a hold of anybody to see where my return is. And I’ve emailed them six times today no response.

One star for this company is an exaggeration. I bought a Remington garden blower from them through Walmart, which I later found that the air ducts do not assemble properly. Supply The Home agreed to refund the item’s cost but not the return shipping cost - $95 via Fed Ex (75% of the item’s cost). I found Supply The Home action to be completely unacceptable. After many email communications and the intervention of Walmart in the matter, Supply The Home did not budge and refused to cover the return shipping cost. It was exhausting to continue this affair with Supply The Home; and I got stuck with the item.

Big ass scam. Have a picture of one thing and send you the smallest version of it and charge you triple the money. May they go to hell in a hand basket if you get my drift.

I will never again buy anything from this company. they canceled my order but did not give me my money. Big O rating .
