I orded I thought w as one treadmill through Wal-Mart. While checking my order status, I realized they had shipped two treadmills. I contacted Wal-Mart custhamer service. They in turn contacted HLAILL. They were told it was in transit and could not ncaceled. How ever it was no problem. For me just to refuse the one and Fedex would return it to them.
Fedex shows it was deliverd to Lithia Springs,Ga.
This was January,24th 2024.
As of today March,1 1.2024, I still have not received my refund of $361.53. order#200011685687760
Worst costumer service ever. We’re trying to return a treadmill since 5 weeks ago. They keep offering us $100 refund because they want us to keep the machine. This machine is in poor quality and not working properly. Fabric defect. People do not buy anything from this company. When you go Walmart shopping make sure not tu buy stuff 3rd party from HLAILL company. very crapy products and poor costumer service. I’ll love to share all the emails we’re being sending them begging for a return slip and our money back. Unfortunately these people does not help at all and you can’t even call them because they don’t speak English or Spanish.
All I can say do not buy anything from them and be carful when you go online Walmart shopping.
