I don't even think they deserve one star. I placed the order through Walmart. I was on a deadline & NEEDED the item BEFORE a certain date. After researching frantically I went with this company seeing as how it was through Walmart & would be delivered the quickest. WITHOUT notification they CANCELLED the order stating it could not be delivered to my address. I order online from multiple sites ALL the time, have lived her for over 10 years & have NEVER had this issue! I also have alternate addresses it could have been delivered to had THEY CONTACTED ME BEFORE cancelling the order! After emailing & giving 2 other addresses, they informed me there was nothing they could do! very very poor customer service & highly disappointed!

Before you buy from 4 wheel online read their return policy and Google their reviews.

Their customer service is horrendous.

They are rude and unprofessional.

Don't buy from this shop. They misrepresent what they're selling and then ship something else.

I placed an order for a RV portable toilet over a weeks ago, but this vender clearly oversold their product and cancelled the order today citing that they could not ship to my address type because it is a P.O. Box, military address, or outside of the 48 contiguous states. This is not accurate or factual as I live in in in a populous metropolitan part of Los Angeles in a standalone a single family home with no special P.O. Box or apartment number. I have a road trip and camping trip scheduled this month and was relying on their shipment to help me and my young kids minimize our exposure to germs from using the public restroom. The least they could have done was cancel the order within a day instead of waiting a whole week to notify me.
