I purchased the Better Chef IM-155 10-50 cup coffee maker thru Amazon for our farm. It worked for about 2 hours before the spout came apart. We were able to fix that evening and tried it again the next day. Broke within two hours and had to be removed. It was just one employee serving from the pot so it wasn't an issue that customers didn't know how to use it. Very poor product and hard to return!!

I ordered two mattress covers by mistake -- they are still in packages, never opened. They are not needed afterall. How do I return them? Can I just take them to Walmart or do I send them to you in Calif? I am requesting a refund.

I ordered a deep fryer due by aug 12th 8p Ita now 8-24-20 still no deep fryer..I also ordered a surround sound system through walmart due aug 12th...still NOthing.. called both comapany phone numbers left messages every day nothing!

I ordered a food processor on 7/27/20, was told via email it would be delivered 8/5. Still have not received it. Walmart.com staff very nice, but unhelpful. Went to local Walmart. It seems this is a problem with this particular company. If you don't receive your item, Walmart is not responsible since they did not get the payment, Ameridepot did. Ameridepot sent an email saying they only had the item in white, that is why it was not shipped. The item ONLY COMES IN WHITE. When I tried to email them back, I could not, the email bounced back. I called and left a voice mail, never returned my call. I will never shop Walmart.com or Ameridepot again. Lesson learned. If I could give them a -1 rating I would.

Placed an order 11 days ago received tracking number but the status never chan hff ed contacted usps to be told they never took possession of the package that the shipper(ameridepot) only created the label but never actually shipped product I canceled my order and requested a refund from walmart

Absolutely horrible company, they sent me a product I never ordered. A product I have no use for. There was no invoice included, no information from the shipper or seller. Now I am stuck in the lurch, without the Coffee Grinder I ordered and a product I don’t want or need. Ameridepot is a pathetic online business, I highly recommend not using. You can locate more reliable and reputable companies in which to do business with.

HORRIBLE company. Ordered something through Walmart from Ameridepot. Said they shipped my item April 19th and it posted on my Walmart account. Said it would be delivered April 27th. Never arrived so I contacted Walmart and Ameridepot. Ameridepot now says it is shipping May 1st. So why did you lie and say it shipped April 19th? I don't have time or energy to be doing my own job and tracking down orders and doing their job too.

Horrible Seller. Did not have item in stock. Ordered on July 19th. Seller created a UPS label on July 23rd. Delivery Date Aug 1. On Aug 7 I finally contact seller thru Wal-Mart asking where is my order and advising I must have it by Thursday Aug 9th. Ameridepot response was their company address. When I responded asking for a valid answer to my question. I was then informed they are out of stock on an item I have been waiting weeks for. To add insult to injury they tell me to go to the product page and choose another color they have in stock. So let me get this straight. I order from you on July 19. 4 days later you create a label then 14 days later when and only when I ask where my order is you tell me you are out of stock and to choose another color. Ummm no thanks I'll take a refund and I ask when they planned to let me know they did not have the items to ship. They responded that they emailed me the day after I ordered. Funny that I never received that email and a label was created by Ameridepot on the 23rd. They did apologize and refund me but that doesn't really help me out. I now don't have the items I needed to take on vacation with me and I have to wait for the refund to come back to my credit card. Things happen things slip thru cracks. I get that, but this doesn't look like that to me. I would not purchase anything from this seller.
