Very very rude “ floor manager” I reached out to them in regards to returning and them picking back up the fridge. He began to get very rude and at the end of the conversation he said “figure out how to return it yourself this conversation is done.” If there was a way to not give a rating I wouldn’t give them any stars. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER THROUGH THEM AGAIN.

I too was about to buy a gas range because of the good price, but like another buyer who posted, all you unfortunate souls that posted are doing a good deed by helping out the rest of us by your honesty. Thanks!

Don’t buy from this company!!! They delivered a damaged stove for me and the delivery guy won’t take it back. I told them I don’t want a damaged stove, but won’t take it back!!

Do not do business with this company. They do not respond and do not deliver goods. Walmart, please stop doing business with these folks. I cancelled my order through Walmart and got my refund. They only got the one star from me because there was nothing lower to rate them at.

Ordered a stove. Arrived in perfect condition but the delivery company that Appliance Planet contracted with would not bring it into our kitchen. They would only drop it in the garage. Not good service

I ordered something by mistake so i had to pay to return the item. I was told i was going to get my refund 3-7 days after receiving it. So after 15 days i did not get my refund. I contact the and they said my refund was been processed already and that is not true. Basically i paid for that item and returning so i ended up paying more money no getting paid back.

they took 1/2 a year and delivered dammaged stoves 2ce and then never delivered the stove in a package deal at MY Loss at -$250.00 They suck! do NOT buy appliances from walmart

Thank you to everyone who left honest reviews! I was just looking to purchase a Frigidaire gas range and saw a great price on Wal-Mart. After researching this third party retailer and the reviews here, I WILL NOT be purchasing through Wal-Mart. You’ve saved me a lot of headache!

Shady company. I ended up getting a great price on my AC unit, but I'm sure Haute was paid by both myself and FedEx. I purchased a Friedrich AC unit from Haute and it arrived damaged in the box. I contacted them through WalMart.com and we corresponded through email. They requested pics of the box and unit and filed a claim with FedEx and would not send me another unit out even though I requested it. They said they were going to see if FedEx would cover it. We waited over a week and Haute never attempted to contact me again. I tried contacting them again through email and no response. Then I contacted WalMart.com via phone and they patched me through to Haute. The Haute rep said they still had not heard back from FedEx and offered to discount the unit. I said I preferred an undamaged unit, but would think about it and contact them back. A couple days later, Hurricane Laura hit and we decided to use the unit anways as by this time Haute had just put a discount on the WalMart invoice themselves. When I powered it on the blower was catching something and making a loud noise. Luckily I was able to push the vent adjuster in and quiet it down. When I went to register the unit online I was unable to as Haute is not an authorized dealer for Friedrich. I got lucky and got this unit incredibly cheap bc of the damage, but I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with Haute. Pay a bit more and buy from someone who is an authorized dealer and not shady. You get what you pay for.

As previously mentioned by some other reviews, this company is not an authorized dealer for many of the brands they are selling. Proceed with caution as some products may have their warranty voided due to them not being an authorized dealer.

Your customer service is a joke. And that mother...... that kept answering the phone and then placing me on hold can go to hell. You don’t deserve people doing business with you. So in order for this review to go thru I had to rate you one star but you know you really don’t deserve it pisssed off customer
