I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from Cartesian Partners LLC to think twice. This company has a consistent pattern of sending out damaged or defective items and then shifting the blame onto their customers. They know exactly what they’re doing: by making return shipping prohibitively expensive, they trap customers into either keeping a broken product or losing even more money trying to return it.
Their customer service is dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to take accountability for their poor-quality control. It’s clear that they rely on these shady tactics to avoid honoring legitimate refunds or replacements.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid Cartesian Partners LLC at all costs. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that value their customers—this one clearly does not.
I ordered a dining room set in Nov. 2022. There was a defective table leg. Informed you several times and 4 months later you sent me a CHAIR leg! All I want is my money back, too long to wait for one simple part! Stay away from this company!
