Chef's Plus

Chef's plus is a very poor vendor. They do not answer e-mails and they answer their phone calls with a recorded message that says "The mail box if full. Goodbye." Walmart gives them an 80% positive review, which is far from the facts. Their customers give them a very low rating.

Do not deal with them. Walmart rates them at 80%, but their customers rate them very low.

-100% if possible. I purchased 6 sets of SIMAX 3-round casseroles with lids. I was sent used items in old, worn, torn boxes that cannot decently be used for any form of gifting. I am greatly disappointed. The did not answer phone calls. My most probable course of action is to call my credit card company for refund. I am not sure, if it is relatd, but that was the last purchase on my card, only to be called by the fraud depart of an attempt to use my card for thousands of dollars in Nairobi Kenya! Very Disappointing cannot adequately describe my feeling!

I purchased drinking glasses from Chefs Plus through Walmart in mid November This was intended as a Christmas gift. I needed to return the purchase as the receiver of the gift could not not use them. The return was initiated a couple of days after Christmas. My request was denied as I was advised of the 30 day return policy with no exceptions It is not unusual to shop in November for Christmas gifts. Clearly Chefs Plus is not interested in any customer satisfaction. Walmart... take them off your site. Do NOT buy from them

I accidently ordered the measuring cup from them. Wal mart was great and put everything in order for me to get a return slip from Chef's Plus. Curious though, they wrote Good Luck in their note with the return label? I mailed it back 12 days ago, and it is still in transit. Note, the glass was so thin on the item, it was unbelievable, and no handle on the cup.

THEY TOOK OVER $30 FOR A BONING KNIFE AND IT IS OVER A MONTH WITH NO EXPLANATIONS DESPITE CONTACTING WALMART 2 TIMES

I bought a set of glass cups from Chef's Plus just before Mother's Day. When they arrived, they were damaged. I received no replacements, no refunds, no response back--nothing. I would not recommend buying anything from Chef's Plus. Do not give them your business.

I ordered. Tea pot and received mugs. I have attempted to contact seller several times with no response on their part. I contacted Walmart several times and each time they respond that they contacted Chef's Plus and that they were to contact me within 1 business day. No response, no teapot, no credit. One star is one too many, sad.
