I ordered and item back on december 8th and it still hasnt even been prepared.. Its literally one small item. They guarantee to have your products shipped out within 24 business hours but here it is december 17th and my order still hasnt even been prepared let alone shipped. These people are crooks and rip you off. If i could give 0 stars i would!
Tried to cancel order minutes after I ordered it because I realized seller had inflated retail price. Seller ignored my request and shipped item anyways. Now I am forced to return item and wait for a refund. Horrible communication.
I ordered an item for my grandson for Christmas and he was not happy with it, unable to return after 30 days. When I purchased this in November thru Walmart.com it did not mention their return policy. I’m very disappointed and stuck with a $55 toy.

Avoid these crooks at all cost. They advertised their products as brand new but received an open box item that was clearly opened and returned as it even had pet hair inside the box. Then on top of that they want a 20% restocking fee plus you to pay to ship the item back. Fuck you faggots! Eat shit!
Got my Star Wars Black Series Stormtrooper Han February 1, 2018. Package was very good and figure was excellent shape. Thank you. Also just ordered Stars Wars Black Series Stormtrooper Luke.
