Ordered 'Moana With Sound' 1926, when "7 left". Received 'Countdown' 2019. Their 'deep discount' price was ~10% higher than the price I finally paid directly to Kino Lorber. 'Countdown' is going to Goodwill. I'm not wasting my time on the dead-end described in the other reviews.
FYI - I received 3 other videos in the same order. They came in a separate (and better) packaging than 'Countdown.'
My account was hacked and the person made a purchase from this company. I️ simply let them know it wasn’t me and asked for a refund and they kept sending back an automated “return the product for a refund” message. Garbage customer service.
Exacte same thing. Ordered Stranger Things season 3, recevied Hollywood Knights... Full voicemail, no answer on email. Either they're swindlers, or have a serious mixup in their database (and are not supporting sales).
Tried to cancel an order within 30 minutes of ordering it... Not possible so it shipped anyway. There is NO Cancellation button with this vendor and by the time they get around to reading the "Cancel this order" message it is too late.
Been trying to contact company about an order I placed on walmart marketplace their voicemail is full and I get no response by sending messages.
Buy the Stranger Things season 3 on dvd, received "Hollywood knight dvd" what the fuck is supposed to be this movie? Tried to contact the seller to be refund and no responce.
