Yesterday, I purchased a mask, and unfortunately, I felt that it's a scam company. I chose one time purchase, and they put me on automatic monthly payments, and they also added an advanced neck cream to my shopping car without my consent. I read the Google reviews after my purchase, and there were too many complaints. This company doesn't have a phone number. I requested my money back. The worst thing is I paid with PayPal. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING please. Stay away!
Purchased Physical Tinted Moisturizer. Upon cleaning out the bottle for recycling, I discovered a bottle within a bottle, containing a wee bit of product compared to your deceiving bottle size. This is the reason I will never purchase another Drmtolgy product and am forwarding my complaint to the AG.
They made a mistake on their end when I made a purchase but they decided to make me a bad guy when I had proofs and all. They also blocked me for me to communicated with them when I was just trying to have them aware about importance of not to assume things and treat others unfairly. They are the worst people ever.
If I can give zero stars I would. Signing back into the account is an issue. When I try to reset my password, it states the email is not found. I have received an email to that same email I provided today. No phone number to contact customer service. I no longer want to receive any subscription products.
