Bought a ps4 bundle off of Walmart, it shipped early which was exciting. I get my package and the usb cord is missing, the controller won’t sync and neither will my already owned controller. The console also keeps going into rest mode every time I turn it off. Will never purchase anything like this again. What was advertised was not what I received and Walmart showed that this was refurbished but I didn’t know it was coming from a third party.

Trying to get a refund from them since February 2023 but get answers that they will get back to me. Emailed them several times since then and get the same message from them. NO LUCK

I wish I can give them -5 stars or at least 0 stars but to post this review, I have to mark at leaset 1 star, which they don't even deserve. This is the most crooked scam of a company. The entire company is basically one big scam and I'm not sure who is getting kickbacks at Walmart for associating with them and selling for them. If you see EDealsNY on the Walmart website when you order, DO NOT ORDER! I bought a new Keurig and they sent me a refurbished product. they are crooks!

I bought a wii system, and it was delivered. The system I purchased should of included a wii senser. This is needed to Play the game. I reached out to them to tell them this was missing the same day it was delivered. All I got was a generic response from them. Nothing was was ever fixed, relaced or credited to my account. I proceeded to reach out to them 6 more times. Same generic message. I did purchase a senser, not though them, since it was a gift and the wii was already delivered. And still nothing from them on how to fix the problem. It was already paid for. And I was out money.

THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE...PAID FOR XBOX ELITE SERIES 2 CONTROLLER BRAND NEW AND GOT A REFURBISHED ONE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CLEAR THE RACIST PROFILE NAME DOMINIGGER...MY GIRLFRIEND, WHO IS BLACK, GOES TO SET IT UP AND THAT IS WHAT SHE SEES....SHE WAS DISGUSTED AND HURT....WALMART IS A JOKE FOR USING THESE CLOWNS AND I AM SUING WALMART AS WELL...FUCK THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF RACIST SCAM ARTIST AND WALMART IS TOO

ZERO stars. Like all the other reviews say, I also think this place is a scam. I ordered the cyber punk xbox one x, but it never made it past "shipper made label" on UPS with the tracking number. For 4 days. Nothing. The day after it was supposed to arrive but hadn't even made it to UPS, I sent a message to EDealsNY through the WalMart website which is where I ordered it from originally. I asked how long it was going to be delayed. 40 minutes later I got an email back saying they've already shipped it & the information online isn't always reliable. To go to my post office and file a lost/ stolen parcel affidavit. And then send that and a police report ( or some other kind of report, I'm not to sure now & I'd rather not back out of the page to have to start over to check since I'm on mobile) to them via email so that they then could decide if they wanted to give me a refund. A long email to tell me nothing. Fortunately, I've handed it over to my credit card company so I'm going to try not to worry about it . I've learned my lesson, though and will now be looking through the reviews of 3rd party sellers before I buy from them from now on. I didn't know WalMart let 3rd party sellers on their official website, but I suppose I learned that today as well. If you've read this far, based on my experience (and the others here) with this "company", I wudnt recommend it. At all. Not even a little bit. I wud strongly suggest you take your business else where. This one is just a scam, IMHO.

My partner bought the cyberpunk 2077 LE xbox one x console. It was supposed to be new, instead we got a refurbished one. It did not come in the original xbox game box, it was missing the game, and the controller they sent was not only the regular one but also damaged/used. We paid $500 and didn't even get what was advertised. This is ridiculous. The item shipped quickly but otherwise I wouldn't buy from them. Proceed with caution

I received a damaged Xbox one controller and have yet to hear back from them. Last I heard refurbished doesn’t mean damaged. This must be a scam company. Stay away.

EDealsNY is a complete scam! Be warned!!! Do not buy anything from this company through Walmart. I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new NOT USED, NOT REFURBISHED Xbox One X 1TB Gold Rush Battlefield V and PUBG Bundle: Battlefield V Deluxe Edition, PlayerUnknown\'s Battlegrounds with 4K HDR 1TB Xbox One X Gaming Console - Gray Gold/ It wasn't brand new! When I received it today it wasn't in original packaging, and it was a scratched up used piece of crap. The bundle? They shipped a used controller, no games included. It was supposed to have came with 2 brand new Battlefield games as well. I didn't get them either. This was such a big disappointment. The seller won't answer back about this matter. I am out 530.00 bucks. A Walmart associate is supposed to have escalated this problem with someone higher up. Did I get a refund? NO! Did I receive what I ordered? NO! The seller said these items were NEW. They weren't and I didn't even get the bundle! Did I receive a replacement order? NO!!! I have been scammed and Walmart has allowed it to happen and says they can't do anything about it. I am just out all this money. When I first purchased the product I actually thought it was by Walmart. I kept waiting for it to be shipped, when it wasn't i went and seen that it was a third party seller. I contacted this seller, and asked if in fact this was a brand new product because if it wasn't I was going to cancel my order. They get back to me with a message and blatantly lied and told me the product was new. I have never been more disgusted!

This company doesn't deserve a 1 star. But I couldn't leave a review without giving one.

There is only one thing you can do with this company! Run! Do not order anything. I spent almost $700 on a refurbished Xbox One and it turned on but no picture. Now they tell me the window to return the item for my money back is gone and they won't do anything about getting it repaired or replaced. I should never have ordered it and I am so sorry I did. I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed the order. Huge lesson learned. I will be contacting Walmart directly to let them know my frustration but it appears, from reading other posts, they can't do much about it. But maybe if enough of us complain, they can quit using them. This was a SCAM from the get go!!!!! By the way, I am selecting one star, but it should be zero stars!!

Never will I ever order from this company again. They sent sent a Xbox 1 and it doesn’t work the screws was stripped and not attached right. I am disappointed because I’m a hard working mother who is a single mother who bought her children a Xbox 1 for Christmas and I asked this company for my money back or a replacement Xbox 1. They was supposed to call me back and never did. Then they blocked my phone number. I still try to call and can’t get through. I will be checking into this more.

BUYER BEWARE - this company is a scam! I don’t usually leave reviews but they are terrible. I ordered an Xbox elite controller for a Christmas gift. They sent one that had small bite marks in the handles and a few white animal hairs in the box. I ordered through Walmart.com so started the return process. EDealsNY emailed me back and asked if I would take 10% off? I said no. Then they said I could return it to my Walmart store but when I got to Walmart they couldn’t do it. Walmart tried to help so I don’t blame them. Walmart contacted EDealsNY for me. Timothy from EDealsNY company emailed me and pretty much said I was past the return window??!!! Then he would not return any more of my emails!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I purchased an elite xbox controller over $100 through the Walmart.com. I didn't even know Walmart had market place sellers. Bought the controller as a christmas present. Order it dec 2, 2021, did not get open until Christmas day. The controller did not work. I started the return request the very next day on 12-26-2021. They answered me acting like they were going to help but would never send me a return label. I emailed a few more times throughout the week no more response. My husband tried to do a return, either get a return label to send back and see what wrong with controller or get a refund at the store and Walmart could not help us. Even though its through Walmart they don't handle the returns for their marketplace sellers on their site! After talking to customer service they put out an email to the company who finally emailed and said the request fall under there 30 day policy,, even though it not been 30 days since I started contacting them. Now they are saying they can't help me. This is total BULLSHIT!!! Walmart should at least do something and then deal with this company themselves since its through Walmart. So Walmart.com will not uphold or honor anything and the company it came from, EDealsNY bull shited me around until they use the excuse its more than 30 days knowing I was trying for a week for them to do something. Bad business on both sides!!!

This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with! They sent me a Xbox controller with a dirty cover, the rubber side peeled off, and the analogs had crumps in the creases. Why would they send something dirty during a world pandemic? Honestly disgusting, This should have been disinfected. I requested a refund within the 15 day return policy and they told me to initiate the return thru Walmart. But when I tried unfortunately Walmart told me the third party [EDealsNy] has to initiate a return on their end. I reached out to EDealsNY thru emails, phone calls, and text messages. They said they would look into it but never got back to me. Now Walmart told me it’s not within the 15 days anymore and it’s no longer eligible for a return. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the way the whole situation was handled. Very unprofessional! Do not buy from them!!!!

I bought a ipad pencil from you all for my daughters birthday. She never got the opportunity to enjoy the pencil because it never worked. I am highly dissatisfied with the way that the return policy has held me out to not be able to buy her another pencil. This was my last money and she has had a really hard time with loosing her father and brother in the last 5 years. I wanted to get her something she wanted and that what I bought. I will never ever do business with theis company and I am truly disappointed that Walmart has a contract with this company. EDealsNY Sucks!!!

I think its a gross action to allow someone to buy up all your product the sell it for double on your company site. Either stop this action or I will be start a class action suit against for at least a monopoly
