Ordered a Ring and never received it , just got told it was lost in transit SMH . it was over 100$

I purchased a ring set through Walmarts website.

The rings came with a generic white box. The stones lack the color that was portrayed in their ad.

The jewelry pouch was not received.

I contacted Jeen Trading twice via email. I was told they would ship me the pouch and to reach out to them again if I didn't receive it in 14 days.

I sent the second email, they said they would check with their shipper.

I still have not received the pouch. No follow up from Jeen Trading.

I'm done with them.

I had a ring for 21 days and it snapped inhalf . I'm so pissed off because they said it's real and that's a lie because if it's real then it wouldn't snaped inhalf.

I am so embarrassed. My wife and I were robbed a month before our wedding and our very expensive ring was stolen. I bought this as a replacement until I could afford another NICE ring.

I had a friend recommend your rings to me and I cannot believe I trusted them.

This ring turned absolutely ugly yellow less than a month. I spent $200 for an absolute piece of crap and my wife is so embarrassed.

This company should be investigated for fraud ! I will stop ordering from Walmart. Com if they continue to allow this seller to use their site! Shady is putting it mildly! Our order was delayed numerous times then got an email for delivery date but nothing arrived again! They said it was lost in transit but that is not true! A Shipping label was never created! Never Again!

Shipping is the pits. Don’t order from Jeen Trading LLC . They shipping dates keep changing . Don’t order from them . They lie about shipment dates.

I ordered my package on December the 9th, 5 days later they turn it into shipper now shipper doesn't know we're it is. Procrastination on the seller's behalf is resulting in a refund. Upon all reviews that I've seen regarding Jeen trading LLC is selling cheaper but the wait is longer. Fix the bullshit

Ordered a ring through Walmart and have been trying to ask them a question about the fit and about an extra piece of metal in the box. It could have hurt someone. They have been unresponsive. I will never do business with this company again. Terrible customer service and Terrible quality product and they don't care if customers are put in danger

I purchased an engagement ring as well. 2 prongs broke off and she lost her main black diamond as well. I didn't even reach out to them based on issues I seen by others. It's frustrating, despite it being a lower budget ring, she loved it. Now I have to try having it customized or custom design one by another jeweler. How do just swap engagement ring design. The whole part is to have the same ring for a lifetime.

I purchased a ring for my fiancé from Jeen Trading on July 19,2021 I did get the ring within two weeks after ordering but today she lost the main diamond because two prongs snapped off. We purchased through Walmart and was told we have to contact Jeen Trading because it’s inside the 1 year manufacturers warranty so we try and contact them and the number is disconnected and the email does not work. Now we are at a loss as of what to do to get this ring fixed. HELP!!!

I was going to buy a.pair of earring from this xompany because it was a good price at waart.com but thank god i looked into this company before buying...If you want real moissanite my husband did his research and purchased mine on mw ring.. it was beautiful and worth it don't get ripped off go check it out..I wish I could post my ring here.. you won't be disappointed.

Do not buy from this company. We ordered a white gold, oval sapphire and diamond ring. It came a full size too big, with a round stone that was very poor quality, a different band design, and they had plated the white gold over rose gold. In essence, they didn't have the ring I ordered and instead of making it or cancelling the order, they grabbed a rose gold ring they already had and plated it. Didn't even bother sizing it down. Shady AF.

I ORDER MY RING RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE DELIVERED THURDAY THE 23RD NEVER ARRIVED OPENNED AN INVERTIGATION WITH UPS AND STILL NOTHING 10 PLUS DAY AFTER, TODAY I CALL UPS AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SHIPMENT WAS SUPPOSEL INTERNATIONAL WHEN THEY HAVE A USA ADDRESS THEY ARE SCAMMERS BASED IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. DO NOT BUY WE NEED TO TRY TO REPORT THIS COMPANY TO WALMART SO THEY CAN TAKE IT OFF THE WEBSITE. HORRIBLE.

Ok after reading these reviews I’m terrified I ordered a beautiful ring and it was supposed to be here yesterday and now it say’s delayed. Please let something go right for me for a change and I get the ring and it’s everything it’s supposed to be 800 is a lot of money to loose. We have saved and saved to go on a 20 year anniversary trip and my husband has always wanted to buy me a nice ring. Really scared here

Don’t do it. Haven’t received my order and the phone # doesn’t work. Walmart can’t tell me anything. Save your time and money.

Guess I'm in the same boat as the others here- I ordered a ring, sts delivered, but I never got it! Now I'm trying like hell to get it! Awful-lesson learned, money lost!

Worst jewelry buying experience ever! This company is obviously a scam. Charged me but never received the ring. Can't reach anyone to obtain a refund or new item.

I am concerned. I just ordered a ring for my daughter’s birthday. It stated it would be here Dec 15. It sounds like Walmart should be more responsible for their customers. Knowing the reviews I have read, they should not be in operation period!

Thieves. Will take your money and never send the product to UPS. They refuse to communicate so I have no money and no jewelry.
