I cannot be more unhappy with the seller. This is an item that is not used daily. When I went to use it today, I discovered it was empty. I contacted the seller and was told that they would not help me because it wasn't in their window of time for replacement. Horrible Customer Service! They could have gained a good review and a happy customer, but they chose to say "NO", which always the easiest answer!!
I ordered 2 (pack of 3) Joico Body Luxe Thickening Elixir . 6.8 oz for $28.80 each. My cost was $57.60. A few days later a box arrived with 2 large bottles of Joico shampoo, which I did not order or want. I took them to our Walmart and they said I would get a refund. They wrapped my package back up and were going to return it. I will be surprised if I get any kind of refund.
Purchased - from Union Square Limited on Walmart for $61.81 what was represented as the product Davines LOVE for my daughter as a Christmas present. When she opened the product, it had a horrible smell and appeared to be a clear counterfeit product. The product is 100% unused. I shared this with Union Square Limited and they stated since the item was opened, they could not process a return or refund. Unless you have extra money to flush down the toilet, AVOID doing any business with Union Square Limited.
They are selling fake items, do not purchase!!!!!
Delivers empty boxes and requests pictures accusing customer of theft. Lesson learn - never buy at Walmart. Can't give less than 1 star
