I am beyond frustrated with this company's atrocious customer service. I returned a treadmill to Walmart as instructed and provided tracking information that shows it was delivered back to them, yet they have failed to issue my refund!

I have reached out multiple times, only to be met with indifference and unhelpful responses. It's as if my concerns are falling on deaf ears. I can't believe how poorly they handle returns, especially considering the high expectations we have as customers.

This is not just an inconvenience; it’s incredibly upsetting to feel ignored and undervalued as a customer. I’ve never experienced such a lack of accountability and responsibility from a company before. They clearly don’t care about resolving issues or treating their customers with respect.

Save yourself the hassle and choose another company. This one has proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy. I will never do business with them again, and I urge anyone reading this to think twice before making a purchase. Zero stars if I could give it!

Very horrible customer service, even Walmart let this clown names Wei Zeng who’s operating under the name of Lightsbed LLC , I encourage for a lawsuit on this person/ company

Very unfortunate that I purchased a domestic treadmill from this company, and it stopped working after a month. I have sent for emails to the seller with no response back. Try calling the number on file and he says that all circuits are busy so I can never connect to them. As a consumer, with a very large organization in the continental of the United States word is moving quickly through the organization concerning the supplier and manufacture of the products that you offer, and there are multiple disappointments and grievances. Zero stars in my experience sadly.
