MLEGAOMOTO

I purchased this 49cc atv from Walmart/ MLEGAOMOTO for Christmas 2024. We did not receive until 12/27 and my grandson  started riding 12/28 for about 10 minutes, unfortunately the ATV came to a complete stop.  After about 2 hours of  sitting we attempted to restart the ATV,  and it would not start.  We decided to return to Walmart but were not aware we needed a label  from the vendor MLEGAOMOTO. The return process started 1/20 and I've been emailing twice a day, and getting the same response about repairs. They requested pictures of the ATV and I sent, but still no option for return. I don't want any repairs done to an item I just purchased.  I finally  received an email over the weekend that they would process a label for me during the week. I started emailing again today 1/27/25 around  9:15 am CST about the label and it is not 5:34 pmCST, and no response about the label. I've purchased several  ATV's from Walmart(gas and electric), but after this horrible experience I will no longer do business  with anyone who goes back and forth with me when their product has  a defect.  This is nor proper business etiquette and I will move forward with any legal issues that possible.
