I recently ordered, through Walmart, two six bar packages of Tone Soap from Mr. Medical. We have used this product for many years, but have been unable to find it locally.

I received my order from Mr. Medical in record time and ahead of what I was expecting.

I have received other items from time to time from this company and have never had any issues.

This company deserves a 5 star rating! Thank you!

Worst service ever I ordered Valmex cream on September 20 received a message undelivered I had send five email requesting my refund their answer is that they waiting for product to reach warehouse six weeks and still waiting for my refund don’t use this company don’t purchase anything from this people ever if we can rate this company with a negative they will get -⭐️-⭐️-⭐️-⭐️-⭐️

Do NOT order from this company!! Almost a month and still waiting for a bottle of hairspray!!!!

I can't justify even 1 star. I ordered 4 tubes of toothpaste @ $5.75 ea that I thought were 4.5 oz size according to the picture (my mistake). I received all 4 tubes in one package that were .8oz size for $5.75 ea. I processed a return and they insist I ship each tube in a separate package. Shipping will cost almost as much as my total order. This was deceitful advertising for a Walmart website. All 4.5oz toothpaste are sold for around $5. To sell a .8oz size for $5.75 is highway robbery! and then insist I pack each separately to ship back.

Thank goodness my purchase was through WalMart Market place as Mr. Medical did not respond to my email about the problem; they initially ignored WalMart's inquiry. The problem was resolved because of WalMart not Mr. Medical. Buyer beware. I will not use Mr. Medical again.

I ordered 3 package of Luden Cherry cough drops order number 5871943-514910 and not received. Please ship asap! Thank you !!

Ordered June 27th. and arrived August 13th. From NY to Pennsylvania. Really? It takes a month and a half to get a bottle of common supplements? We'd long ago ordered from someone else and used their shipment. Horrible service. Had our money all that time too.

Purchased a tube of Gold Bond Ult heal lotion from Walmart on 8/3/19 took 6 days to get it and the tube was busted at the bottom and most of the lotion is inside the bag. Don't know if this is a USPS issue or MR Medical issue but very poor packing is the cause along with poor package handling by the USPS. All other items that was part of the order came directly from Walmart inside a box with bubble-rapt. This package was a plastic bag with no protection.

Items received not as advertised.

Ordered item, was listed as 10 pack. Only received 1 item (which for a single purchase the price was outrageous). They claim it was only a quantity of 1. They will not correct and I have to send the item back to get a refund. False advertising. Don't use them.

WAITING 2 weeks-- Nove24 order is still NOT here. No tracking info available. Web site shows you DON'T even carry the product. Never use these people or Walmart

Ordering was a snap. The order arrived a few days before the expected delivery date which was a nice surprise. Everything received in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Mr. Medical.
