Avoid this Con-Artist piece of crap, completely lied and stolen 600 bucks off Amazon from me,

This company sold us a Nintendo Switch was cost $350 for a Christmas present for our children. We bought it in early November. After opening it on Christmas and using it for 3 weeks, the unit fried and went completely dead. The adapter that was sold with it started sparking and ruined the Switch. We emailed Walmart who told us that in fact we had bought this from New Generation Products (which we had no idea it was a 3rd party). We then contacted NGP who said it was beyond 30 days from purchase so there was nothing they could do. Obviously we contacted BBB and our state attorney general's office to report both NGP and Walmart for using undisclosed 3rd parties.

Been almost a month with no projected timeline for shipping, just that my order is "delayed".

Customer service response emails seemed uneducated and were very vague.

Waiting to hear back from customer service again with an updated timeline so I know this isn't a scam.

BUY FROM ANOTHER SELLER THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!

I ordered an electronic product on July 5, 2020. Two delivery dates have been missed so far. The company does not respond and their contact site listed by Walmart is not functional. Walmart customer service is less than helpful; the LLC does not apparently respond to Walmart: both are quick to take your money. It is unlikely that I will patronize either company again. Zero stars to both !!

I ordered 2 desktop cameras from this company. There were supposed to be delivered on 4/23/20. I contacted Walmart as that is who I initially placed the order with. Walmart in turn contacted this company. Walmart cannot get an answer from them and they have not returned my emails. I will never buy from this company again. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I will never order online from Walmart either if this is the company they are going to be using.
