I PURCHASED A RECLINER/SOFA FROM PON LIVING WITH 3 YEARS WARRATY, 5 MONTH LATER IT STARTED RIPPING OFF FROM THE STICHES, I REAHED OUT TO PON LIVING "Mr Jay", TO ALL STATE WHO INSURED IT FOR 3 YEARS AND WALMART.COM WHERE I BOUGHT IT FROM, THEY WERE ALL BLAMING EACH OTHER AND DID "NOTHING" TO FIX THE SITUATION, THEY WERE ALL MAKING EXCUSES, I EVEN SPOKE TO 2 SUPERVISORS AT WALMART.COM AND LIED TO ME AND DID NOTHING. I FINALLY SPOKE TO "NOVEMBER" A CUSTOMER SERVICE AT WALMART.COM AND SET ME UP FOR A PICK UP SO THEY CAN TAKE IT AWAY, THIS TIME SEEMS TO BE THROUGH BUT LET'S SEE WHEN THE TIME COMES IF IT WAS NOT JUST ANOTHER LIE.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST.
horrible shipping and warranty policy. cant get in touch with them about damaged furniture in shipping. if u open the box, no refund, how would u know if it was damaged or not. no way to reach thess ppl either
I ordered furniture from this company thru Walmart I never received it but I'm being charged 1,200 for something I didn't receive when you try contacting them no one never answer the phone
I paid for a beautiful sectional but had to cancel it because I couldn't get it in my apartment this was beginning of Oct have sent them emails called no one answers I live on low income and need my money back I never seen a company run this way I am very hurt I'm out 1200 they don't care
Absolutely love the color & size for my living space, but very dissatisfied with the comfort. Hopefully at a later date I can find something similar but of better quality as far as comfort. Definitely don’t recommend.
Furniture was badly damaged upon delivery. I didn't not accept it and returned it and NEVER recieved my refund!!! AND NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO MY EMAILS!!!!!

My wife ordered a sectional from them through the Wal-Mart site and waited a month from the time she got a confirmation email before she heard anything about the order. When she did hear something it was Wal-Mart saying that they canceled the item because they haven’t gotten a shipment date from Pon Living. Why would you list items instock when you actually don’t have them.
Don’t charge someone free shipping and then charge them more than half of the items price to return it. Don’t make mistakes when purchasing items...
