Rambowtech

I ordered an alternator for my car and discovered I did not need the part after a trusted mechanic said nothing was wrong with my original. I only ordered one because a different mechanic said it was almost dead...which turned out not to be true. So I need a RMA label for a refund.

I contacted Rambowtech via email and later by phone, leaving a message, it's been five business days and have heard nothing from them. I contacted Walmart.com about this, too, and it's been four days since and have heard nothing from the vendor. I decided to investigate Rambowtech Inc. after all of this mess and discovered they have a lot of bad reviews regarding customer service and not honoring refunds. Walmart needs to ban this vendor from selling on their website.

I ordered a 1994 toyota pickup side mirrow that was suppose to be black. They sent me a chrome one instead. Ordered it off Ebay....It said free shipping and returns but nowhere can you find how to return it. I sent them an email and got no response. Called them on phone and got recording to leave message and got no response. Its not my fault so why should i have to pay to ship it back and a restocking fee. Dont order from Rambowtech Inc. Guess i will have to trash this one and order another one off amazon...

I ordered a 2014 blower for my camary. I got a 1999 blower, no paperwork but the shipping sticker on the outside of the box , called the company they never answer. Left messages never called me back. Logged on to there website and it says ship it back. Using my own money and pay a restocking fee of 15 percent for there mistake shady company in my opinion. Did no go through Amazon
