DO NOT BUY VEIKOUS products! Bought 5 metal garden beds. They do not fit together and customer service is just a run around. They want you to give up to get replacement. These were purchased thru Tractor Supply.
Buyers be VERY AWARE of this manufacturer Youke Furniture Home, LLC!!!! I purchased a gazebo from my local Home Depot store ending of October 2023 for approx. $1,500 and it came incomplete with 2 missing rooftop pieces. I've been in contact with their customer service rep. Dean L. of which has been ABSOLUTELY no help!! It's been over a month and we have yet to receive the missing parts! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional!!!! Be aware buyer!!!
Ordered 100 feet of webbing. It came but had three sections taped together rather than being a continuous piece. I was able to only use a part of it. The rest was wasted because it was too short.
Merchandise, Pergola, sold at Lowes, poor quality and not properly packaged for shipping. Dealing with Lowes about this is also a nightmare. Would not recommend buying from this company or Lowes.
